Gooseby ladyhawk22Comment by amber: I don't normally like geese/ducks/swans in images, but I really like this one! I love the subdued tones; the water droplets on the head; the colours on the water. The composition is quite dynamic too going from corner to corner - a little dodging around the eye to bring it out would have made it stronger, perhaps? 8 |

Gooseby ladyhawk22Comment by metoecus: I really like the texture of the feathers and the reflected clouds, but the bird's face is dramatically underexposed. The face probably could have been brought into better light by adjusting the curves somewhat. |
