What America Was Built On = Factory Era 1942by JunieMoonComment by KaDi: Lovely use of monochromatic tones--don't pay any attention to those disturbed by the yellow sky....just pick up a copy of the short story "The Yellow Wallpaper" or read a bit of T.S. Elliott's poem about the yellow smoke wending its way through the industrial alleys of town and you'll quickly ignore your detractors.
Only pitty here, for me, is the street signs. I don't think you would have lost much by cropping in 1/6th from the right. |

Lighting Up The Sunby JunieMoonComment by Artan: Whilst this fits the illusions category, I find the flame to be too bright and over exposed, which for me breaks the harmony and balance in this shot.
I would prefer to have seen a less dramatic flame. However I would understand if technically it might not have been possible |
