Contrast is very bland for the main focus area, which, coincidentally, is not focused really well either. The table and chairs in the background add nothing to the photograph. Better luck next time.

Great composition and a good choice for B&W presentation.
I really would like to have the original to "play" with as I think this shot has so much potential if the sky were burned in and the bldg were dodged.
Not sure if the blurryness was done in processing or not, but is hurting this image in my opinion.
PM me if you want me to process it/play with it, either now or later. There is just "something" that is grabbing me about the shot.
