Holyby tpocComment by Rikki: Urban Art meets Barbie :) The light is nice but a bit harsh. As you can see, some of the hair is blown out due to the light. However, a bit of post processing never hurt anyone right? I wish I could find more of these hidden treasures :) |

Be A Light Unto Yourselfby tpocComment by Rikki: I think if the face were lit a bit more, this would be incredibly effective and will definitely fit the challenge to a "T". |

The Regularby tpocComment by Elemmennope: Why is he shrugging or gesturing like that? I feel like I'm missing the point on this one. |

A Shady Place To Restby tpocComment by Rikki: Ok... now this I like. The potential is there... bump the contrast and increase the levels in post processing and you'll never believe what lies hidden in this image. I would crop the upper leaves that are out of focus and just distracting. Technically, it breaks a rule of photography where you should never lead the eye of your viewer away from the image. Since your subject is looking out and is almost centrally composed, it is hard for the viewer to keep his/her focus in the image itself. Always remember the rules of thirds and you will never go wrong :) I will work on this and show you an outtake of what PP can do. Great job here. More emotive shots :) |

Tin Heart Sanctuaryby tpocComment by Rikki: For me, I think less of the red shirt and more of the necklace. It is in fact a metal challenge so show more metal :) There are a lot of textures in th locket itself (the rust, clasp, etc). A tighter crop and better focusing will help this image sing. |

Buddyby tpocComment by Rikki: The DOF works here. The sharpness in the eyes are great and so are the reflections. Good looking dog :) |

At the Zooby tpocComment by Rikki: I think this would have been better had the DOF been reversed. If the orangutan was in focus, then the viewer's attention is changed and the image is seen in a whole different light. |
