This pic I see is intended as social comment, though some what isolated from environmental context, not entirely. I think it is acceptable as much as a sculpture would be acceptable..... I think the dq ruling as literal representation might apply only if intention to deceive a viewer is absolutely pronounced and demonstrated. Not so on this foto. The beauty of graffiti is the tenacity - that it keeps getting reborn even after being erased, covered, painted over and DQ'd.....

This is just so pretty...very lush...I'm very much drawn to the metal contrasted against the sumptuous burgundy velvet...it almost makes the metal seem as though it is alive...it gives it this nice "warmth"...and what an interesting little relic that is...I'm intrigued...
