The composition works though would probably be better showing the swimmer's feet. Also, you've handled the reflections quite well however as an action shot I don't thing it works. The image portrays no sense of motion, to me anyway.

I am sorry but I don´t really like this picture, I get slight vertigo from viewing it since it´s taken at such a wierd angle and I find it very off putting. Also you don´t immediately see what the subject is, if I may make one suggestion it would be to try and keep it simple and get closer to one subject instead of having 4 of them, sometimes less is more.

On the plus side the exposure seems spot on although the lighting seems to be a bit flat and its on topic, you got a 4 from me.
