Wow! There are so many details about the sign to give fullness to the character of the subject in this image. The posture and dirction of his eyes is a gret addition too.

Sadly this is happening more and more. In our own city, we are even building another Hotel for the Homeless to house over a thousand people. We are a fair sized city, but nothing the size of Seattle. I hope other people see this and makes them think about their own areas.

On the voting side I want to let you know this isn't a moral issue. I've read a lot on that lately. I'm voting a seven because of the contrast. We can barely see his black suit, it's blending too much. I understand that it was taken at night, but is there anything that could've helped?

I'm sorry if you think I'm wrong, but I am only learning myself. Perhaps this photo will become more than you know, by making people actually help people.

Nice story-telling. Brighter levels for face would help. Sign is a bit too in-your-face, but it gets the story across.
