Very interesting take on the challenge. Slightly disturbing, but in a good, thought provoking, scary, twisted art sort of way, if you know what I mean. The composition is sound, I think the rose adds a nice, interesting touch. Seems like the shot could be a bit sharper, maybe some usm would help. Also, for my taste, I'm thinking that a little tweaking in levels, making a little brighter, and deeper darks, might give some strengthened depth and tonal range.

Back for comments. I'm not sure I understand the symbolism of the mask and the title doesn't help me either but it's above average in execution and my score reflects this. Well done.
