Hug A Treeby weegeeComment by magnus: Cute kid, but the little bit of blue in the eyes and no other color else doesn't work for me. |

Hug A Treeby weegeeComment by Jason_Cross: Well just sign him up for greenpeace early. Great candid capture. The way the photo is framed, I think it would be cool if you could see a bit more of his lower body to even out the negative space at the top. |

Fixer Upperby weegeeComment by tate: rustariffic. If it's for sale the bidding must start at 6 clams. The score be 6 matey because it be squeezed into a challenge but is mighty perty and double-slanty. More water at the bottom might have helped too. |

Fixer Upperby weegeeComment by crowis: I love the idea on this photo, but are you sure you're not shoehorning here? |

Fixer Upperby weegeeComment by SaraR: This photo has a great deal of potential, but does need a little editing to maximise its impact. Most obviously, the sloping horizon needs straightening - this would have the added benefit of showing the boat listing, which would add to the sense of decay and decrepidness. A bit of an adjustment to levels would also bring the subject out a bit more, but I wouldn't increase saturation at all - you have got the colours and texture of the rust spot on.
Doesn't quite meet my idea of the spirit of the challenge, an so deducting one mark - sorry! |

Fixer Upperby weegeeComment by shamer: Nice humor - would have had more impact if the horizon would have been level, though... |

Fixer Upperby weegeeComment by eyeslander: I don't quite see the connection with the competition. The photo would benefit from cropping the structures on the right. The photo also seems tilted. |
