Nicely done. This is an excellent model railroad shot in that it fools the viewer for a moment. I'd love to see thic cropped just to the left of whatever this is that's out of focus on the right side of the foreground.

Hi! Here�s a comment from the Critique Club.

First Impression:
My eyes were drawn to the screw head. Nice spot light effect. Not much in focus!

Composition:
I like the diagonal line created. The black background works well with the yellow.

Subject:
Meets challenge. I used a slide rule in the obsolete challenge! May not have met the �Looks Old� criteria that I think some of the voters were looking for.

Technical:
Lighting is good. DOF really shallow. I would have liked to have seen much more in focus. The amount of image out of focus really takes away from the picture.

Summary:
Nice picture and set up. Shallow DOF and not �Looking Old� probably worked against you. It would be nice to see you redo this with more DOF.

Nice tight color. The writing on one cord is somewhat distracting. The uniform lights are competing. Maybe the cords should have been in focus too.
