Bleah...it still looks pretty fresh so I don't get the choice of subject. The detail is washed out quite a bit. Did you mean for it to look so phallic? There just isn't anything of interest for me in this tight vertical crop. The other bananas just create more visual clutter in the background making this look even more cramped.

Not sure this fits the challenge, looks like a perfectly good banana, not old at all. Perhaps if you had taken a colour photograph of the yellow skin with brown spots, then we would think it was old.

Still looks pretty fresh to me, especially if you give it a good crop at the bottom :-) This image doesn't hold my interest in anyway, I'm afraid to say.
