This has the potential for a great photo. But to realize the potential, one would have to set up the shot and have a model pose. It's interesting how snaps of life as it passes by one can lead further into the creative process. The lad is pretty happy and looks good too. Might be hard - but not impossible - to emulate in a posed shot.

I'm not sure the selective coloring works for me here. It makes it look really overprocessed. Maybe if the rest of it had not been completely desaturated it would work better.

Great detail and lighting. The dragonfly is at a bit of an awkward to really display the wings, but still a great photo. Well done!
