Vertical climbby HoogieComment by W.R.Miller: Awesome shot! Nice clarity and I love the colors. I like the DOF used here. Just the right amount of blur in the background but nice job keeping the subject in good focus throughout. Good luck with the challenge! |

Vertical climbby HoogieComment by ChrisW123: It's great, but I don't get the feel he's climbing up something. Don't get me wrong, it's a great shot! |

Vertical climbby HoogieComment by JPR: wow. awesome shot. i think i read about this in the forums. it's a shame people think this is not "from above," they must not know how to read (the title). I think it's definetely one of the best this challenge. Great focus and clarity and the complimentary red and green make an interesting place to have the yellow black and white catepillar in between. Awesome shot. |

Vertical climbby HoogieComment by jmsetzler: This is an excellent photo for sure... the colors are great and the macro work is also phenomenal. The only issue I see is that in viewing this image, I don't get the feeling that this is a 'from above' perspective, even though it may be... - setzler |

Vertical climbby HoogieComment by clues56: Well, maybe he's going in the wrong direction for the "challenge", but the colors are very good, and the clarity is great. |

Vertical climbby HoogieComment by Paige: This is a great shot, good colors,DOF and composition, but this challenge was,IMO, to shoot something from above and to give the perspective of looking down on something. I know you shot down on him, but it doesn't look/feel that way. |
