Welcome Home, Troops!by ArtifactsComment by orussell: Nice but this thing is overdone. Really. Thought about doing it with the Newfoundland flag which has all three primary colours. For composition and technique I'd have to give you a good score but for originality I can't. Sorry 5. |

Welcome Home, Troops!by ArtifactsComment by eloise: This isn't your fault, but I'm starting to get fed up with the 'Let's enter the American flag in every single challenge!' thing. At least yours fits the challenge, unlike three others this time, and is a nice-looking image to boot. |

Welcome Home, Troops!by ArtifactsComment by tyrkinn: Beautiful shot, but the idea has been used quite alot on DPC. The american flag is also too common for my taste in these challenges. Great execution. (Gotta try this drop thing sometime :) ) |

Welcome Home, Troops!by ArtifactsComment by BigSmiles: This image would be 10 times better if I knew what that yellow thing was. Also, quite a good attempt at this technique, might I suggest setting your sprayer to spray out more drops and less mist? You'll get less tiny bubbles (so you'll see more inside each bubble) This technique works best if you can get the bubbles to not have that dark ring around the sides.. I"m not sure how you would eliminate it, but I've seen it done. |
