Confinedby breadfan35Comment by Kavey: Heh, love that textured glass. I like the effect the glass has on the shape and colours behind. |

#2by breadfan35Comment by TCGuru: Composition: I like the centered comp. Not too fond of the extra space around him.
Lighting/Exposure: Spot on.
Pose: You have a little head tilt here, which is good. I don't like that the shoulders are rounded.
Suggestions for Improvements: With a headshot like this, I would have him hook one of his thumbs into a beltloop or put one hand on a hip to make his shoulders come more alive. I would also crop out some of the unnecessary space around him top and bottom.
He looks so much like a cowboy that has seen too many cattle get away. This is a lovely representation. |

#1by breadfan35Comment by TCGuru: Composition: Good job placing the eyes at the top of the frame.
Lighting/Exposure: I am loving the way the light falls off into shadow that isn't quite shadow. Retention of details is wonderful.
Pose: Very nice head tilt :)
Suggestions for Improvements: I am lamenting the loss of half your right ear. :)
Very nice first portrait. You command the lighting well. I look forward to seeing more. |

Confinedby breadfan35Comment by renjith_varma: A very nice shot. My only nit is about the expression on the model's face. It would be nicer if it was a bit more sad. I hope this will ribbon. 9 |
