So this guy is a doctor of dreams (which is mispelled)? What works here is that the shot was taken at night, when most of us tend to do the majority of our dreaming. Other than that, I dunno. As a picture itself, it's a nice clean focused shot with a very curous expression on the subject's face that adds a little something to it all.

I can handle the framing but the shadows on the nose don't do anything to add character. Good subject; he's looking right out of the photo and good catchlight in his eyes.
