Nice choice to compose this so tight and centered- it forces the comparison and the doubling aspect. I like the textural detail and the bits of rusty color. But in the end, it is not such an engrossing subject.

This is so cool as I thought the thumnail made me think it was a bird flying, but when opened to a larger format, it was a person with there eyes showing. Just brilliant.....

How did I miss this one in the recent 30 day black and white challenge, as the impact is so so strong, amd I really love it.
Very dramatic image and this almost looks like an etching.....
The tree trunk and the stark branches are awesome and almost ghostly in appearance, but really add to the drama of this fine image.....
