Religious Riceby BHusemanComment by SandyP: Wow! I didn't realize that half of the Korean population was Christian! That is awesome! I heard a sad statistic recently that said the only nation in the world whose Christian population is declining is America! In fact, I heard the statistic in connection with what was going on with the Christian church in Korea, and it was noted that Korea regularly sends missionaries to America now.
What an interesting photo!

SLC 6.jpgby BHusemanComment by SandyP: I love this photo. I would love to be a military photojournalist, which is what this is -- You have captured a moment in such a bold way, with perfect exposure and focus!
I hope you post more photos like this from your military travels :)

Seven Archesby BHusemanComment by LalliSig: Greetings from the critique club :)
Well I don´t really know what to say about this image. First off congratulations on the 5th place, this could very well have ribboned in my opinion. I really like the colors, contrast, sharpness and details in this shot and composition is also very good. Only thing that could have made this shot better would have been an absolutely still water reflection and maybe a cloud or two in the vacant sky but that´s hardly for you to control. Can´t really come up with anything I would want to improve with this shot so I´ll just leave it at that.
Congrats again! Kind regards from Iceland, Lárus. |

Traveling Abroadby BHusemanComment by LaMas: The photo quality is decent but the idea pf missing link and this photo don't click for me right away. It is out a on a limb with the concept. But definitely points for the quality, sharpness and balance. |

Architectural Dichotomyby BHusemanComment by loriprophoto: WOOHOO top 10 photo. This is such a great photo, the time of day this was shot with the great balance of light. Exactly the right time to shoot a night shot. The colors are brilliant. What more can I say!!
I agree that this might be a candidate for HDR.

F-16 Jet Engine HDR.jpgby BHusemanComment by kawhona: Another excellent shot do you have one with the afterburner going ? I also see from this that you do have HDR capabilities so you should try your archatecual shots once and see how it turns out if you haven't already. I would be interested in seeing that. I wish I had, been playing with HDR when I was in London I think it would have made for some interesting shots there. Take care ... |

Architectural Dichotomyby BHusemanComment by kawhona: This is a very cool shot. Have you ever used photomatix ? The right time of day I think this would be a great candidate for HDR. But, as it is an awesome shot. |
