The tones on her face appear to be muted, as is her clothing. I would prefer to see the background killed more with an ND and her lit more in order to provide some separation. You also have the brightest part of the photo as an area that was not dodged and doesn't match the rest of the background, so it further draws the attention to the fact that this manipulation was performed while simultaneously distracting from your subject.

Thank you for your lovely comments! They compensate a bit for the position at the bottom of the challenge!
Actually I had a fantastic picture in mind, being here in the country of the beautiful autumn leaves!
However the foliage season is late here, and during the few outings I had, I only saw green leaves :(
Still, I kind of liked this one, too, for the atmosphere of solitude.
