this is a tough image. on one hand, i usually don't care about blown highlights--in fact i usually relish them. on the other hand, you have such a strong contrast in her face that there is practically no range of tones, as if she's either black or white with no in-between. maybe that's who she really is, but that assessment is so at odds with a musician...

The left half of her face is too bright, and the right half too shadowed. The violin is also lost in the shadows. I would like to see this shot with good lighting.

I like the composition. The contrast is a bit strong for me. I'd prefer a few more details in the shadows and her face a little less bright.
