Wind instruments? Aren't those clarinets, flutes and saxes? Either way, nice tones, but just a bit too blown out on the highlights. Wish the background had less wrinkles in it too. This is one of those shots that just needed a few small details ironed out (no pun intended) to be one of the top contenders.

Lighting is way too strong in the center of this composition. Blowing all the whites out, plus glare on the rim of the middle horn.

I think this is a really good idea. It reminds me of the Dr. Seuss book titled The Sneetches. However I do not believe that I would have considered this well fitting with the challenge topic had I not read your comments on the photo. Most people expect an object showing personification to have a face or the same figure/shape as our bodies do.

I really like your use of a shallow depth-of-field but would prefer it just a little less shallow. It could possibly look better if the white marbles were in the upper left corner to be even further from the green marble. I think it would also be interesting to see it from the white marbles' perspective with the green marble off in the distance.

Looks like your a touch overexposed. It also looks like your colors may be off just at ouch. Yellow is a tricky color for the web for some reason...
