| Wind instruments? Aren't those clarinets, flutes and saxes? Either way, nice tones, but just a bit too blown out on the highlights. Wish the background had less wrinkles in it too. This is one of those shots that just needed a few small details ironed out (no pun intended) to be one of the top contenders. |

| Lighting is way too strong in the center of this composition. Blowing all the whites out, plus glare on the rim of the middle horn. |

| love the texture of this, the blown out section on the paper and background is unfortunate - with that under control this is a 9 in my book. 7 as is - nice work |

| The wrinkles are a little distracting....Nice shot though! The lighting is really nice except that it's a little harsh in some spots. |

| The lighting seems a little odd to me. It seems to work well for the instruments, but the background cloth and the piece of sheet music seem a little out of place and blown out. Also, what bothers me is that the music is not for those instruments (it is piano music with guitar chord changes rather than brass music) and seems to be added as an afterthought. The instruments alone would likely have worked better. |
