The score isn't bad, but unfortunately I think being a little off of "true red" (whatever) costs you some on the scoring. The light and the detail are what make this shot. Like the use of shadow at the center. |

T r a i nby JeffDayComment by shutterpuppy: This is great. Much more natural looking than most of the HDR stuff that shows up on DPC, but a nice surrealistic effect nonetheless. Really dig the vignetting, adds to the mystery and mood. Haven't tried this technique yet, as I tend to be partial to more naturalistic images, but examples like this make me reconsider. |
