Painted Hills Iby JeffDayComment by ursula: Wow, where in this in Eastern Oregon? It's a lovely picture, looks like a beautiful place to visit (in Spring?). |

Kah Nee Taby JeffDayComment by raish: Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning.
Well spotted and shot. Well taken effect of time. 6 |

Natures Circlesby JeffDayComment by JuliBoc: I didn't leave a comment during voting because I was in a bit of a hurry. However, I gave this a 10. I love the light, color, and composition. It is so cheerful I'd like to have this on a breakfast tray each morning. It's going in my favorites. |

Bromeliadby JeffDayComment by shutterpuppy: Saw this during the challenge and thought it was great. (Gave you and 8.) Still do. The score isn't bad, but unfortunately I think being a little off of "true red" (whatever) costs you some on the scoring. The light and the detail are what make this shot. Like the use of shadow at the center. |

T r a i nby JeffDayComment by shutterpuppy: This is great. Much more natural looking than most of the HDR stuff that shows up on DPC, but a nice surrealistic effect nonetheless. Really dig the vignetting, adds to the mystery and mood. Haven't tried this technique yet, as I tend to be partial to more naturalistic images, but examples like this make me reconsider. |

Natures Circlesby JeffDayComment by SandyP: Well, you know what I think of this photo! I'm glad it finished in the top 20 -- but it was my pick for one of the top 3!
I'd say that 5D and new studio are working quite well for ya :) Keep 'em coming :)
