The Greatest Generationby blemtComment by Falc: Couldn't work out what this was for a long time, but then I think its a load of stars. No idea what the significance of them might be though.
Would have liked a much greater depth of field, the focus drops off too rapidly for me with just the middle third really viewable. |

The Greatest Generationby blemtComment by adine: the perfect idea! I went to check out the WWII memorial website and none of their pictures of the wall convey th feeling this does. I like your use of DOF, and the way the stars curve and how you've framed them works wonderfully. 9 |

The Greatest Generationby blemtComment by moodville: This is quite abstract. I like the color combo of the yellowish white and the blue. I dont know if it's stars or a tread on a wheel or something completely different. The in-focus section has good clarity. I'm a big fan of shallow dof but not sure I see the benefit of having it so shallow in this shot. |
