Oiledby jjimComment by Fiver: Interesting. Makes me wonder what a longer exposure photo of the parts moving would look like. Assuming that this works. It could use more light underneath |

Oiledby jjimComment by Toddh: just a little more focus on the liquid (which is what I assume that is in the middle there) might have been more on topic..... I kinda like the cogs and stuff though.... might look cool in b/w or sepia too with a little more contrast.... good luck, Todd. |

Oiledby jjimComment by DCThiessen: It's a nice picture, but I find it very hard to spot the oil. |

Oiledby jjimComment by qachyk: Hmm, the oil is hard to see and that detracts a bit from the topic-meeting aspect. Good shot of the gears and the thingie, I have no idea what this in specific but it's obvious machinery so a natural setting for the oil. |

Oiledby jjimComment by shadow: i understand your photo of oil being a lubricant. but it would be nice if liquid is actually shown in the photo |

optical glitchby jjimComment by adine: an interesting effect. I'm not sure whatit accomplishes - but I like being able to see through the disc, like the green and blue highlights |

optical glitchby jjimComment by wingy: I like the setup.. and using the backwards cd with a mirror was a great idea, but I think the grain on this shot really takes away from the result. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but I think a sharp shot of this setup would work out better. |
