Calling for Helpby rlewisComment by bvy: I'm not sure stranded and abandoned are synonymous. Also, I'm not sure what the desat is doing for your image. Maybe you won't see the humor in this, but I'm thinking the desat will make her pretty easy to find!
Actually the building by itself might have been a stronger image. |

Reflections on Fallby rlewisComment by macrothing: 7 - Beautiful scene, like how you've used the foreground (which if in even sharper focus also be good, but fairly minor) - biggest detractor for me is that the image looks like it needs straightening. Beautiful colors and textures too.. |

Calling for Helpby rlewisComment by J-Me: I like the way this was shot and edited. The woman stands out very well and focuses attention onto both her and the building behind it because of the contrast from colour to B&W. However....this says more "stranded" than abandoned to me. |

Calling for Helpby rlewisComment by rinac: Alternative title (and a little long winded): "Giving your mother-in-law the address to the holiday cabin" ;)
Seriously though, it's a great concept and I love the selective desat here, it works well. |
