They look like little blimps. I happen to know whose this is, and you always have the best water drops, and I'm wondering how you do it, cause mine never come out that way :-) I wonder what it would have looked like with the flag in the plane of focus, so it would almost look like the water drops were on the flag itself...I don't know if that would really work in reality though.
