Coke is it !!by andrewtComment by Yo_Spiff: You bought a bottle of coke on Ebay? Cool looking water splash. Perhaps a touch more sharpening would have give it some more impact. These do look like glass bottles, but I thought the glass bottled ones were green. It always seems to taste better out of the green glass bottles. |

Coke is it !!by andrewtComment by Simms: Shoehorned into this challenge.. just doesn't work.. you bought coke on ebay, so why this composition and situation? it doesn't embellish any points about ebay, internet buying or so on. I can fully understand you trying to replicate some of the previous ribbon winning shots where objects have been dropped in water, but here, its just being used for the sake of it. poor. 4 |

Coke is it !!by andrewtComment by spencerwood: Nice illusion - had to look at it for a while. Still trying to work out the concept, so ... the item from ebay is two coke bottles, but whats with the water? the freeze-frame water drop? the water drop on the right hand side? the two different coke logos? the purple background? one of them upside down? What does it all mean??? |

The Unseen - Water Surface Tensionby andrewtComment by senor_kasper: Nice contrasting colors here. The issue I have with this picture is that it is difficult to identify the object. thus, it becomes distracting, that is, you spend your time trying to figure out what it is rather than admiring/enjoying the image.. It is a can opener, is it not? |
