Reptilesby Krawf47Comment by Krawf47: This is my pet snake and i was able to get a fairly nice shot. Yes his eyes are naturally red. Thank you for all the tips. |

Reptilesby Krawf47Comment by frisca: I would have cut out the foreground because those woodchips are distractingly bright. I like the hollow log though, it makes for an interesting composition. |

Reptilesby Krawf47Comment by jillz: This is a nice composition, but the lighting is a little harsh. The red eyes of the snake make it look creepy. Or are those it's real color? |

Reptilesby Krawf47Comment by f-32: Homer? Is that you? A whole new meaning to the word 'redeye', imho. |

Reptilesby Krawf47Comment by Lizz: Isn't he lovely....like the composition, use of colour and texture but not the soft focus....this subject asks for a bit more tension, a bit more punch as though he is going to strike any moment. |

Reptilesby Krawf47Comment by breezy: I don't even want to ask how you got this shot! Great (and terrifying) expression on the snakes face, and he's well framed by his little nest in the shot.It looks a little bit too light, almost washed out. Was an onboard flash used? |
