When I look at a shot like this I feel inspired. It's not flashy, it doesn't rely on Photoshop to process the hell out of it (like I seem to need to do often to score well on DPC), it speaks to me.

A good choice of DOF and a good POV make this a great shot. I'm not sure that I would have seen this shot as I walked by this location - that's a talent I don't yet have.

Photo feels kind of flat. Maybe its was the cloudy day. But the buildings remind me of the cingular commercials.
