The background is to light, needs more color and detail. |

I remember seeing a few scenes like this as I went to the outskirts of Central London. Wondering if it's the same? Good Luck. |

A really strong photo that fuses landscape with socio-documentary. I have returned to this several times over the week, and it continues to impress. |

This reminds me of the back road into Tottenham via Freezywater or the other side of it. |

Interesting juxtaposition of the miniature horses (?) in the foreground and the city beyond. |

Very nice treatment. I love the multitudes contained in this photograph. Hell, there's even a boat! |

This is just a tad too busy with no central subject for me. Your colours are a bit washed out but at least it is all in focus. |

gives the impression of a modern day take on a bucolic Turner classic painting. Atypical for these sorts of challenges, but maybe has the kernel of something interesting and worth exploring. |

Photo feels kind of flat. Maybe its was the cloudy day. But the buildings remind me of the cingular commercials. |

I think I get what you were going for with the contrast between urban (buildings) and rural (horses), but it's too white. Overexposed? |

I think this is one case where an HDR capture could have really helped. There is so much range of light within this photo, it would impossible to get it all without blowing out the background. IMHO. |

A great juxtaposition of opposites. |

An interesting juxtaposition, but I'm not sure I dig the completely blown sky. Perhaps you were dealing with low overcast (hate that), but it lets the picture down. I do like the ponies. They add an almost surreal touch. 5 |

I like the high-key, high contrast processing you used here. Good composition, too. |

Those colourful buildings make me want to guess this is Singapore. |
