I find my eye led to the figurehead, as intended, but then my view is blocked by that rope right across the face. I wonder if there might have been a location to shoot from that provided a more dramatic angle and didn't obscure the subject. Of course I don't know. This may have been the best perspective you could get from the pier.

Shouldn't this be disqualified? I'm sure there is a clause somewhere in dpc rules that says alien structures from another galaxy are not allowed ;) awsome and well done I've nor seen anything quite like thus before
