*laugh* I wanted to do this as an entry but couldn't think how to find the worms .... never thought of this. Good choice of can colour with the "worms" the colours they are.

Nice shot. The water on the apples looks rather artificial though as the balls (or eggs?) on the left are dry.

Very clever and absolutely love the interpretation of the challenge. The motion here is very effective indeed and adds far more impact than the same setup but with a stationary ball-basher.
