Kimberly with Featherby Joey LawrenceComment: I noticed you had become a member again and added the newer camera so I was just waiting to see when you would enter a challenge again. Damn now I wish I had voted on more than 20% of the pics. Love your stuff Joey! |

Waiting for the dogby MelethiaComment: Love the sand and water ripples, I think if voters read the title they would have understood better. Meh what can you do? I hope you submit something to the Zen challenge too! |

"EYE" see you!by mbrutus2009Comment: Hey Brutus, I think this picture is a lot better than the score you got. I gave it an 8, other than the size it's awesome! |

Oh, a train!by DougTannerComment: Greetings from the Critique Club!
Super Dog! Very interesting photo with a lot going on. It takes more than just a glance to fully appreciate your picture. And I think that's what might have hurt you in voting. Between the graffiti, the train, lights in the background and the flowing river (nicely captured by the way!) it's a lot to take in with one glance.
From looking at your profile it looks like these type of night shots are your specialty. Kepp up the good work!

transfer out of the tubby chrispComment: Greetings from the Critique Club!
The lighting is great, however I do agree with the comment that the background is a distracting. I like the bridge part but the fence and cars, although I guess there isn't really anything that can be done about that.
You mentioned the slight blur on the helmet, but honestly it's very minor and most people might not have noticed.
Not really sure what you could do to improve this, you stopped the motion wonderfully. By looking at your votes received you can see most of the votes you got were 6 and fell off from there. You had a good picture but just not enough to get the extremely high votes.

LEGOndary Battlesby giantmikeComment: I love Legos so I'm always biased whenever I see pictures including them. Usually toys don't work great on DPC, but using Lego is a surefire way to get a high vote from me at least. Not really sure what that thing in the middle is though? |
