The yellow toning works also perfectly and adds some nostalgia to the stamp. Great work, congrats on the nice finish! | Photographer found comment helpful. |

can i ask in the top middle, is there a patch of blue, or is it just a darker patch and a trick of light makes it look blue? half way along the image. at the top. just under the frilling. |
Thanks a lot, very kind of you :)
Yes you are right, there is a patch of blue there. I didn't apply the toning at full opacity, so that some colors of the original photos would survive in the final image (even if the effect is very subtle). I thought it would be a bit richer this way. |

| 12/30/2016 12:37:36 PM | the defender of planet hairball and its tiny moonby flahermaComment: When I saw the title under the thumbnail, I first was a bit surprised... I mean, "hairballs", "tiny moon", on DPC? ;-) Then I clicked, and smiled at the cuteness. It instantly reminded me Saint-Exupéry's "Little Prince", and the memories of childhood. Technically, I really like the choice of complementary colors, it makes things pop out so very well! Thanks for the travel :) | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 12/30/2016 12:30:52 PM | a sinking selfie from a not quite frozen planetby mefnjComment: So very audacious. First of all, I love the angle you chose, although this is a complex one to handle properly in a composite - which you managed perfectly. Then, your choice of colors works beautifully, the rainbow-ish flare is a nice touch, and the glowing effect on the highlights brings the final touch. I say, great work. |

That being said, as an artist, this is a good time to translate your thoughts and feelings into images: I am convinced the result would be interesting, and who knows, maybe useful (and not just for you). For what it's worth, loads of persons in the US and across the world are with you on this one: let's do our best to overcome this (real) challenge! | Photographer found comment helpful. |

The uncommon landscape along with these strange pink planets would make for a fantastic set, in some space opera movie for example. I love your imagination. |

This kind of planning shows how involved you are in the creative process, so it is no surprise seeing your great entries doing well one after the other. Talent and work at play! | Photographer found comment helpful. |
