The Bridge To Paradiseby GolferDDSComment: I like the idea of a rusted bridge leading to paradise. But I'm not sure if the green trees at the end of the bridge personify the intrinsic image I have of paradise. Perhaps a differnet title would have been in your favor. The image is good, however; maybe a bit too bright. Good capture. |

Rusty nail by the sea...by OrionSComment: According to your title the nail is the subject, yet it is badly out of focus. This image would have fit the challenge much better if the nail was in focus rather than the rocks and the shoreline. Nice serene scenery, however. Good capture. |

Abandoned Carby Herblacklist12Comment: Not so fond of the crop. You have neither the tree, nor the car, nor the horizon in the picture, and rather a peice of each in the frame. Color, sharpness, and DOF are right on the money, however. Good capture. |

BMWby 19840624Comment: At 4.4L and 333 hp, it definitely sygnifies power; However, the picture is horribly composed. Too dark, glare, asymetric, distraction from the white coat in the back, etc.. I'm sure you could have done better... |

Jeep Liberty - Symbol of North American Powerby belchskiComment: I like the picture, but cant make the relation with the title. I dont understand how this is the symbol of North American Power. It just seems unnecesary to make this nonsensical correlation when the picture could have stood much higher on its own. |

Knowledge is Powerby Brooklyn513Comment: I had a similar ideology of strength in this challenge. But I doubt any of us will do well since apparently people don't buy knowledge as a form of power (..from the comments I've received so far).
Regardless, nice image. A wider depth of field and a little more light would have been more effective. And maybe next time you can minimize the shadow, I find it distracting.
Good capture.

Pouring down by heidaComment: Very nice capture. Personifies the strength of mother nature against the insignificance of man within it.
I wouldnt change a thing about it. |
