strengthby amazoneeaComment: Delicacy of this flower among the stones is an excellent choice of strength, though the background loses interest due to the out of focus excess and the darkness. The flower leaves also need greater focus. Otherwise, a higher vote. |

York's City Wallsby BobsterLobsterComment: Lovely floral photo with juxtaposition of stone walls in background. The white sky makes this photo look like a studio portrait rather than a real world photo. Also, the true strength of York is not in her walls but in her great cathedral faith as witnessed by the York Minster. The Minster at night would have been a finer subject for this challenge. |

Help Meby arnitComment: A prayer cliche, though lovely in black & white. Indeed, our true source of strength is in our connection with God through prayer, especially praying with others. |

Gentle Creaturesby littlegettComment: Beautiful photo of clouds though a bit dark and little to offer reference to viewer. What gentle creatures and what does this have to do with strength? |

Strength of Ages: Easter Sunriseby ZoomdakComment: Extraordinary photo of Easter sunrise. Great composition, though I would have cropped more off the bottom of the picture to move the eye skyward, emphasizing the strength of heavenly perspective. Indeed, our strength comes from the Strength of Ages, discovered anew each Easter sunrise! |
