I used an Alien Bee B800 for this one with an octabox. Pretty basic setup.

I find myself looking through challenges trying to figure out which one is yours. You are a true talent and a great asset to this site. What I find most impressive about your entries is the fact that you take the time to explain how it is done and do not hesitate to teach others. There are other photographers on this site who rack up the ribbons, but never take the time to explain the process they used to get the end result. You are truly underappreciated and I couldn't be more happy that you won another blue.
