Hmmmm, never seen a health club like this. Cool. Overall, your composition is blurry, but not bad. I like the plant in the corner, it helps to "desterolize" in otherwise hi-tech pic.

The t-shirt is too bright. Try adusting your apature and ISO to the lowest point and not use flash in a pic like this and see what happens. Good luck!

Would have been a nice pic but you use Photoshop's Fill Flash too much. Your subject's face is too ashen-grey. I had the same problem. Instead of Fill Flash, I use Lightness under Color (under Enhance) up to +10. Then I go to Enhance again and use Contrast up 10+ and usually that will do the trick for brightening up your pics. Good luck!
