Worship Pipesby abroken1Comment: Interesting lines. I might have liked it a little more with only the pipes, and not all the buttons at the bottom. |

~ Rhythm ~by yankoComment: A beautiful girl always makes for a nice picture! The skin tones came out really nicely in this. The desat makes her 'pop' from the background nicely. I would have liked to see the drummers face maybe (stretching for ways to improve this Ü). Overall this is a great shot. Sounds like you had a really fun weekend! |

Palistinians go to Work in West Bank and Gaza againby GunnsiComment: This is a very cool looking shot. I love the silohuette idea. Very striking. It looks 'early morning' to me. The lights in the background give it some depth. The compostion works really well with the worker walking towards the 'machine' (I never can tell the difference between cranes, excavators, backhoes etc Ü). I don't have any ideas on what to improve here - love the shot the way it is. |

E-71 wins again the World Championship of Windsurfby alexgarciaComment: Where was this taken? The water is gorgeous! And it looks like it's warm!
compostion: I would have liked this a bit better if was framed more to the left, so that the winning surfer is sailing into the frame, instead of out of it. Or else a tighter crop on the main windsurfer. All the empty space to the right doesn't really add anything.
subject: Nice enough. It fits the challenge well.
technical: The colors work really well, and the focus seems to be sharp(I need glasses, so I can't really swear that it is Ü)
summary: This is a nice shot, that would have been a great shot if the framing were slightly different.

The Circus in townby DigiFotoBuddyComment: This is a great shot... makes me want to go to the circus!
compostion: If you had panned out just slightly so that the crop wasn't so tight, I think it might have looked a bit better. As is the feet of the trainer are cut off, and the elephants look slightly off balance.
suject: this is great. You caught the elephants at a great moment.
technical: I'm sure the lighting was tricky, and this turned out pretty well. I know nothing about PS, so I can't make any comments about post processing.
This shot does a great job of capturing the 'essence' of the circus, which is what photojournalism should do. |

Backlit Under Cloudsby RebeccaComment: This isn't as good as some of your other shots, but it's not bad.
The lighting on the rock in the forground is actually really cool, and I like the way the greenery in the cracks contrasts with the red. What holds this back, I think, is the background. It seems over exposed, and just sort of 'blah'. It does make a nice contrast to the foreground though. Maybe if you could have arranged for some blue sky that day Ü. |

Colors of Nightby RikkiComment: Love this shot. Should have ribboned, but then again, you've already got lots of them ;) |
