I am making an assumption here and guessing that this young man has Cerebral Palsy. Reguardless of what his condition is - it truly is mighty for him to be out and about on the beach with his walker. Hard packed land can be hard enough. - As for the technical merrit I think this photo would be better served taken later in the day so that there is not so much glare off of the ocean. Give this kid a big old congrats from me! I think its awesome!

the make up is a wee bit over the top as the photo is of course, but what got me is the 'eye poke' - i was freakin laughin hard and for that i give you a 7. I must admit it is nicely shot too! Beautiful girl too you should use her as a model more often - (if you don't already)
