Nice capture, I wish he had been looking into the photo instead of out of it, as that seems to draw my eye out of the picture. Also the highlights are just a tiny bit blown on the backside of both animals, otherwise nicely done photo of a subject that I never get to see in the wild-Good luck

Nice capture, love the reflection, focus is alright, would love to see just a touch more feather definition but I do realize how hard that is on a white bird-the feathers just seem to blend on white. I like that you can even see his little foot behind him, overall nicely done and good luck

Beautiful capture, love the snow on his head, really tells the story and adds to the picture. IMO, the border doesn't add much, but I know that is a personal opinion and does not count against your choice to have one. Where the border crosses his back leg is a little distracting, my eyes just keep returning there however. I like the composition and the sunlight on the trees, the focus on the deer head appears just a tiny bit soft. Overall nicely done and good luck

Cute capture, love that you actually have 2 different animals and they seem to be in the wild. However I would have preferred that I was able to see the whole duck. Also the head of the turtle and the tip of the duck beak are both a little soft, love the red eyes of the turtle though. Still a nice photo and good luck

I like the ducks and the one upside down is great, however due to the photo being so dark I am unable to accurately judge the details, the feather definition, etc. The 2 ducks in the back, it is hard to tell where their heads end and the background starts.

This looks like it would be a nice image, however due to the size being so small I am unable to see enough detail to judge. Images should really be as close to the allowed size as possible. "File Size: No larger than 150 KB (153,600 bytes). Dimension: No dimension may be shorter than 160 pixels or longer than 640 pixels." Your dimension are 11,912 bytes and 275 x 183 pixels. If you are receiving lower scores then you anticipated it is probably due to the small size of the photo and not the contents.

Great capture, love the DOF, good use of the rule of thirds for the placement of the whale, however the horizon cuts the picture in half and in my opinion a closer crop at the top to just a little bit above the people would have added just a wee bit more to the photo. Also I do like that you included the boat, btw, it adds a little color and adds interest and perspective to the image. Overall nicely done-good luck

Nice DOF that focuses the viewer on the subject, crisp focus on the subject. The spots and haze on the glasses is very distracting, IMO, and hides the eyes from the viewer. Otherwise well done
