One of the questions I ask myself when voting is, if it weren't for this challenge, would this picture have been taken? Would this scene, or this setup, have been something someone would have created or photographed if they were just trying to get a good shot, without thinking about any sort of contest or category? I think the answer here is no; while this picture clearly fits the challenge, it has absolutely no reason to exist outside of the challenge, and that's why I'm voting low.
