The blur at the top of the can seems to conflict with the blur at the bottom. It is hard for me to tell which way the motion is.

Subject has great sharpness, but the background does not convey the "motion" of the shot. Only the bubbles indicate this.

A little bit faster shutter speed might have helped improve the sharpness enought to more easily tell this is a person.
