Radisson Hotel Moscowby ineedauniquenameComment: Nice detail in the skies to complement the imposing building. The HDR looks a little over-processed though. Also, the centered composition doesn't stand out. |

Six-hundred-foot Tall Roaring Waterfallby miaryComment: Love the Multnomah falls. Nice long exposure for the creamy water. The white balance is off - looks like a heavy yellow cast everywhere and that makes the water not show off it's best at pure white. |

Framed in Idaho Falls with existing lightby SheryllComment: Great natural framing/border. So good that your own border doesn't help any.
Interesting to see that fall colors have already started there? Would've liked to see a little more detail in the whites of the water - they're on the border of blown and could've possibly been recovered in RAW? |

Respiteby MarfunComment: Very rare that I see a low key image that's this soft and works well. Conveys the title nicely. I do wish there was a teeny bit more light on the face, afterall, that blank expression is what makes this image. |

Recording the Celebrationsby fpalumboComment: Very cool concept. The fire works came out crisp, and they don't look very cluttered like most fireworks shots.
The viewers yellow color cast is hurting the image a little bit - it would look better if the white balance stays true between the viewers and the fireworks I think. Also, I feel like shifting the frame a little left for balance. |

eagle eyeby BrennanOBComment: A strong subject in good light with a creamy background. The eye is fabulous and captures all the attention. Nicely done.
I don't mind the underexposed chest, but the eagle itself is a bit over-sharpened I think. |

Summer Days . . . Never Long Enoughby glad2badadComment: Nice, soft lighting and gentle colors.
The jumping boy makes the shot, but he's a bit too lost in the scene. Maybe cutoff the sky and woods altogether (although they are nice) to give him more prominence?
Also, the reflection of the man has it's head chopped off and is slightly distracting. A full reflection might've been better although it wouldn't be a clear reflection. |

Portrait of a wild flowerby LandzEncaComment: Nice complementary colors, and a good capture as it is. The bokeh feels a teeny bit too busy and garners enough attention away from the subject. A fully opened flower might've added more interest to the subject. |

July in the Wasatchby HikerDudeComment: The light's already turned harsh and I think that works against the picture. Such a nice and serene setting though. Would've loved the full reflection. |

Against the grainby PaulComment: Nice capture and great processing. The lost in thought expression doesn't quite gel with this casual pose I think, but they're both interesting in their own right. |
