A Manhattan Nightby graphicfunkComment: Another photo that would have looked much nicer earlier in the evening with some blue in the sky and blue reflected in the water. |

Casino de Montréalby peeteComment: May have looked a lot nicer early evening while there was still light in the sky to sillhouette the building and reflect some blue in the water. |

Tettegouche State Parkby Links 2 3 4Comment: A great shot, which could have been improved by more light on the dark rock and therefore mor colour on the vegetation neat the waterfall. |

Yorkshire, United Kingdom by p_johnsComment: This is a fabulous shot with its beautifully mirrored reflections, the perfect balance between artificial and natural light, and the quiet evening mood enhanced by the slowly rising smoke from the single active chimney ... you obviously had the time to explore the village and find this spectacular vantage point (something I did not have when I visited the same village earlier this year). I believe this will be an award-winning shot, if not the outright winner! |

Just Over the Next Hill by GringoComment: This is a fabulous shot, and your addition of saturation has made it extremely attractive. It is a pity that the catasprophe of the fires took place, but even in adversity there is sometimes beauty to behold. I love the receding rows of hilltops - your angle on them was perfect! A very well-deserved ribbon! |

To the Stars by RefractedComment: This is a truly amazing photo ... I have never seen an aurora, but would love to do so while living in the northern hemisphere. Your photo is sharp and clear and yet has vibrant colour despite the night exposure. A very well-deserved win! |
