(in) Side-Outby bspurgeonComment: this shot had it for me in both the interesting and candid stakes. The piture itself regarding composisition etc doesn't necessarily blow me away but its solid and was the best fit I thought for the challenge. Good luck. |

Innocenceby denboteComment: what a great picture, excellent use of the low perpective. Interesting and candid, the look on the girls face seems to indicate surprise for sure. |

tripby himanshu63Comment: I just don't understand the interesting or candid elements contained in a static shot of a tree sorry. The picture istself is fine I just didn't get the fit to the challenge and I like to try and explain why if I have scored 3 or lower. |

smiling pooch.jpgby EddieJebreenComment: K10DGuy,
Thankyou for your great comment and you are spot on about the spontaneity of the shot. I had taken my kids to ride their scooters at the local jetty and I saw this family walking towards me from out on the pier so I lay down and the as they walked past the dog came over to me for a snif and a lick. I think he was only a handful of inches from the camera when this picture was taken. The family were all laughing and having fun but as they didn't stop walking there were no second chances. I increased the saturation for printing but when I look at it on the screen now its a bit overdone. I still like the feel good nature of the picture.
Thanks again for your comments.
