anyone have some good links for websites selling second hand gear
preferably in the UK
I really need to find a fast tele lens for sports work for my 300d
I just missed out on a Canon 80 200 2.8 L at a second hand shop
it was a commission sale and was already gone
budget around £400 to £450 tops |

| Why not check out local Jessops stores on the net, many carry second hand lenses. |

It's not in the UK, but KEH.com has good prices on used lenses.

I don't know any specifically in the UK, but for lenses suited to sports work, check out sportsshooter.com. They have a buy/sell forum over there, and there is usually some good stuff to be had.

They usually refuse to sell to people who are not sportsshooter members.

As well as Jessops check your local camera store. The Cash Converter type shops also tend to carry camera gear, though it's usually old FD mount stuff.
Warehouse Express sell ex-demo and mail-order return stock.
And there's always eBay.
