ok my friend and i are having a debate.......if you heard another person call another person "pasty" what would you think they were referring to?

To me it means they are pale and sickly looking, but who knows it probably is some new slang!?! |

pasty? usually i've heard it used on a wintery pale skin... meaning someone needs a sun kissed skin..
also pasty white meaning the color of white school paste

A pasty means dinner here in Michigan, especially if you're in the UP.
Only it's pronounced Pass Tee, not Pace Tee.
