| Thanks Jeffrey, and thanks for the drool-inducing lamb shanks recipe...looks very yummy! BTW did you have to get kosher shanks, or did you go to the local halal market to get them? |

It was delicious! Didja notice the leg bone in my picture? That's from one of the shanks. If the meat doesn't literally fall off the bone, it needs to cook more.
I went to Safeway, a large supermarket chain. In other words, nothing special. :)

| I guess I do too, even though both my current entries in Spinning and Anachronism are both barely clearing 4...Fitness just submitted...and guess I'm now a 'professional' photog as I've sold a pic! LOL! |

So on Sunday I drove nearly to Koblenz to visit a castle. Thought I'd share some pics with you guys of my adventure. This is Schloss Stolzenfels. I don't know that much of its history, as the tour was in German and I'm just not up to speed yet. (It's not an easy language!)

Oh! Another very neat thing to share....
This is my Acronym entry, an actual attempt to do something DPC friendly that didn't work (but hey, nice lighting, don't you think?)
Anyway, mom loved it. And today in the mail, this is what I got from her:

I would like all of you, my dear Team Suckmates, to load your "I told you so!" macros now. I am such the fool, such the addict that bless it all, I've entered Contre-jour. I SO SO SO know better than to do this, too. But as my boss is fond of saying, "it is what it is." Besides, I had fun shooting this evening.

Looks like Kashi and Jackal aren't going to be able to say they've never scored a 6 for much longer. :)
